Team Lead
Led a team of corps members in community service and disaster relief programs in the southwestern United States. Learned about the challenges low-income neighborhoods face and served as part of ongoing efforts to assist these communities.

Packaging Specialist
Led teams of operators in pharmaceutical packaging rooms. Served as the SME for best practices within clinical packaging operations and collaborated with Quality and Project Management to provide status updates improvements moving forward.

Process Designer / Technical Writer
Created clinical trial documents for internal and external use. Documents consisted of Batch Records, Dispensing Protocols, Distribution & Returns Protocols, and any additional instructional documents required. Served as SME regarding verbiage, graphic creation, and risk assessment. Started the vector graphic creation initiative to elevate and clarify document instructions with accurate visual representations. Collaborated with Project Management and Quality to ensure documents fulfilled project requirements and were GMP and SOP compliant.
